MrBeast collaborator says she's no longer associated with YouTuber after scandal (2024)

Jaiden Animations took part in a MrBeast challenge to win $1million but has now distanced herself from the YouTuber star and said she is no longer associated with him

MrBeast seems to have lost another of his collaborators following weeks of scandals.

Jaiden Animations has distanced herself from the YouTube star, real name Jimmy Donaldson, and told fans she is "not associated with the production" of his videos. Jaiden had previously taken part in a challenge hosted by MrBeast in which she competed for the chance to win $1million.

For the competition, 50 content creators were pitted against each other as they took part in a series of challenges. Jaiden, real name Jaiden Dittfach, ended up winning and took home the huge prize. She detailed her experience in a YouTube video titled "I Won Mr. Beast's $1,000,000 Youtuber challenge."

In the description for the video, Jaiden added a disclaimer. She wrote: "This video was written/started production on June 6th, 2024. I'm not associated with the production/ethics of any Mr. Beast videos, I'm just here to tell my cube story, and animation, unfortunately, takes a long time : ) Thank you!"

She added: "I know it's bad timing this is why I don't collab (collaborate) with people I don't know as an animation channel, lol. Hopefully, you guys can enjoy the video anyway : )."

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, she further elaborated on the decision to distance herself from MrBeast. "I love being an animation channel having to take two months to work on a video for the topic to become vastly soured within those two months, so awesome," Jaiden wrote.

Jaiden's comments come after MrBeast faced allegations he "knowingly" hired a registered sex offender. Jake Franklin, known online as Jake the Viking, made a lengthy post on X about the allegations.

Jake is the brother-in-law of the man, nicknamed Delaware online, who has since stepped out of the spotlight. Jake admitted that his brother-in-law is a registered sex offender, explaining: "When he was 21, a 16 year old girl accused him and others of SA when she was 11. Delaware took a Plea Deal. That's why there was no jail time, but he still had to register."

"Jimmy knew. But again, this incident happened in 2010, Delaware was hired in 2017/2018. Delaware was also let go from the company before I was," he added. Delaware worked for MrBeast as a behind-the-scenes manager.

Jake claims that the conviction will be dropped this fall, adding that his brother-in-law "has been nothing but a good person, an amazing husband to my sister, and the best father to my 2 nieces that I could ever ask for. They want no part in this, and want to just live their lives away from the lime light."

MrBeast has also faced "fraud" allegations as he was accused of hosting "illegal lotteries". However, former MrBeast employee Ben Acott told The Mirror US he had "nothing but an incredible experience working closely with him". He added: "One of the biggest surprises working with the MrBeast ecosystem is the integrity of the operation and how tight the legal side is as it relates to the prizes and competition structure across all the videos and sweepstakes.

"All the millions, the chocolate factory, the countless Teslas and the thousands of other prizes given away over the years are over-compliant and painstakingly managed so it delivered the best fan experience." Ben explained how MrBeast and his company had "multiple big legal firms just on sweepstakes law on retainer" to ensure the brand was protected.

He continued: "More importantly (and the thing he cared about most) was the fan/subscriber experience - to be done fairly and in compliance. If that failed, his entire ecosystem would be impacted so it always is and has been of top priority to do everything critically perfect."
